Booking and payment
Bike fits and other appointments are booked through the AIDOS widget embedded on this site. The specific terms of a booking — cancellation windows, rescheduling, and refund policy — are governed by the booking flow inside AIDOS and the confirmation email you receive. Those terms take precedence over this page for any booking-specific question.
All prices on this site are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Consulting, mentoring, and review engagements
Engagements described on the Case Consultation, Mentoring, Practice Review, and Brands & Education pages are offered on the terms set out on those pages and, where applicable, in a separate engagement agreement exchanged by email. The site pages describe the offers; the specific terms of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
