For fitters who'd rather think than follow.
The Mechanism Method is a way of working, and three ways to work with me around it. Pick the rung that fits where you are.
The method, in one breath.
Three pillars: variables, mechanisms, forces. Miss any one and you're guessing. Get all three right and fitting stops being a black art and starts being something you can defend to a peer, a researcher, or a court. Every rung below uses the same thinking; they just operate at different depths.
Where are you?
Pick the sentence that sounds most like the one in your head right now.
“I have one rider I can't solve.”
You know the rider. You know the fit. You've tried a thing, maybe two. They're still in pain. You want someone to think with you for an hour.
“I want to rebuild how I think about fitting, for the long haul.”
The rule-based approach has taken you as far as it's going to. You want the method in your fit studio, one-to-one, ongoing, with WhatsApp access between calls, and a Thought Trigger every week to sharpen how you think.
“My practice is running, but I know it could be operating at a different level.”
You've got the fits, the reputation, the clients. You want someone to hold the whole practice up to the light, systems, pricing, process, outcomes, over three months, and tell you what to change.
Three ways to work with me, in order.
Side-by-side for the reader who needs to compare before committing.
