About
Mechanism-Based Practice Review
A selective 3-month review for established fitters who want their process pressure-tested, their decision-making tightened, and their professional system strengthened so it stands up to scrutiny, complex cases, and the demands of high-level practice.
A Selective 3-Month Refinement for Established Bike Fitters
You don’t need more education; you need sharper reasoning and tighter logic.
This 3-month review is designed for experienced fitters who already operate at a high level and want their system to withstand scrutiny, edge cases, and long-term professional growth.
This is not corrective coaching; it’s structured refinement.
Who This Is For
This is for fitters who:
- Already run a functioning, profitable practice
- See 15+ clients per month (in season)
- Understand biomechanics beyond surface-level cues
- Want their reasoning to be tighter, clearer, and more defensible
- Feel they’re good but want to be harder to challenge
This is not for beginners.
It is not for passive learners.
It is not for those looking for generic feedback.
It is for professionals who want their process pressure-tested.
What We Refine
We examine your practice across four pillars, not to add noise, but to remove fuzziness and tighten decision-making.
- Hypothesis Formation
Is your intake building a true working model – or reinforcing expectation?
- Pattern Logic
Are you interpreting asymmetry mechanistically – or narratively?
- Intervention Strategy
Are changes sequenced intentionally – or reactively?
- Authority & Communication
Can you defend your decisions years later if questioned?
This isn’t about tools; it’s about decision architecture.
The Structure
Month 1 – Deconstruction
We map your current system using real cases, allowing blind spots and hidden heuristics to become visible.
You receive a written diagnostic summary outlining:
- Structural strengths
- Inconsistencies
High-leverage refinements
Month 2 – Refinement
You implement structured adjustments.
We tighten reasoning and sequencing in real scenarios.
Month 3 – Stress-Test
We pressure-test the refined system against edge cases.
You leave with:
- A defensible methodology
- Sharper communication
- Greater confidence under scrutiny
A cleaner, more intentional workflow
What You Receive
- 3 × 75-minute structured video calls
- Pre-call case review
- Written diagnostic summary
- Structured submission templates
- Defined 48-hour response window
This is deliberately limited in capacity to preserve depth and clarity.
Why This Existss
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across education, elite performance, and applied practice – often sitting between research and real-world fitting.
This review exists because even experienced fitters develop blind spots.
Structured refinement is what separates a functioning system from a defensible one.
Investment: 1500€
Limited to 3 fitters per intake.
Applications reviewed personally.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as mentoring?
No.
Mentoring is ongoing and conversational. The Practice Review is structured, time-bound and diagnostic. It is designed to deconstruct and refine your existing system over three months, not provide general support.
What level of fitter is this suitable for?
This is intended for experienced practitioners. If you are still building foundational knowledge or confidence in basic assessment, this will feel premature. The review assumes you already run a functioning practice and want refinement rather than instruction.
What if my system already works well?
That is exactly the point.
This process is not about fixing a broken system, but about stress-testing a functioning one. Even strong methodologies develop blind spots over time. The aim is clarity, not correction.
How much time will this require each month?
You should expect one 75-minute call per month, plus preparation of case materials. Most fitters spend 60–90 minutes preparing submissions. The process is designed to integrate into real client work rather than sit alongside it.
What happens after the three months?
You leave with a tightened framework and clearer reasoning structure. Some fitters choose to continue into ongoing mentoring, but there is no obligation. The Practice Review is complete in itself.
Is this confidential?
Yes. All case materials and discussions remain private. The purpose is professional refinement, not public critique.
